Call for Proposals

TPA invites submissions for presentations at the 2026 Annual Conference, taking place November 12-14 in Austin, Texas. We welcome proposals that reflect the range of work happening across psychology and contribute to the broader conversation shaping the profession in Texas.

Please note, this year TPA is including a track specifically dedicated to presenting original research. If you are interested in presenting an 8-10 minute presentation of your research, please select the track named "Professional Research Presentation".

Proposal criteria:

• At least one presenter must hold a completed PsyD or PhD.
• The proposal form must be completed fully and accurately.
• All presenters, including co-presenters, are expected to pay their own conference registration fees.
• Students who have not completed their PhD are welcome to submit a proposal, but if selected, they must present with a mentor or sponsor.

Audiovisual needs will be finalized in late summer or early fall after proposals have been accepted and scheduled.
