Student Poster CompetitionCalling all psychology students! Here's your chance to shine and share your amazing research and innovative projects in the 2025 TPA Annual Convention Poster Competition. Present your work, wow your peers, and make a mark in the world of psychology! The call for poster competition submissions is now open until July 12. TPA is committed to making this event even more engaging and impactful by integrating valuable feedback from previous participants. Leveraging the Whova app, posters will be easily accessible to all convention attendees, not just the judges, enhancing the overall experience and fostering greater interaction and visibility for your research! Submission guidelines: Poster proposals should be submitted with a 300-word summary (maximum) for consideration by the Convention Committee. The summary should include the background, methods, results, and conclusions. Submissions should be submitted only by students and should be a small research study, not literature reviews or discussions. Competition logistics: Those whose poster is chosen will present it in front of an audience and panel of judges at the TPA Annual Convention in Fort Worth. Each presenter will have their poster projected on a screen and have 3 minutes to showcase their work. The judges will not ask questions after a presenter is finished to prevent bias. After a brief judging period, winners will be announced via the Whova app, with first ($300), second ($200), and third ($100) places receiving a cash prize.
