Welcome 2026 Board Transitions
TPA extends sincere thanks to Ryan Cooper, Ph.D., JD and Jeanette Mayse, Ph.D., ABPP as they conclude their service on the Board of Trustees. Their time and expertise helped advance TPA’s work on behalf of psychologists across Texas.
We are also pleased to welcome three new board members in 2026:
- Sarah Kranz, Ph.D.
- Ken Montfort, Ph.D.
- Dennis Scholl, Ph.D.
The Board’s work continues through the collective service of both outgoing and incoming trustees!

Last Call: Renew Your Membership by January 31
Your TPA membership supports the only statewide association dedicated to protecting the doctoral standard, monitoring every bill that affects psychology, and advocating for policies that support ethical, evidence-based care across Texas.
The membership renewal grace period ends January 31. After that date, access to member benefits will pause. Remember that TPA membership runs from January to December, so get the most out of your membership by renewing today!
